We have been retained to oversee the complete restoration of this extremely derelict Grade B mansion at Kinloss.
Originally called Eunies Crook, the estate dates back to 1574 when it belonged to the Abbot of the Monastery of Kinloss. Passing through successive owners it eventually fell derelict some 7-8 years ago, and is now in a seriously dilapidated condition. The owners intend to convert it into 3 large townhouses, each with their own private gardens, and with views out over Findhorn Bay.
