At Kirkhill we had the opportunity to blend the traditional with the modern in a development near Inverness. The setting, a Victorian walled orchard garden, provided the backdrop and the initial starting point for an exciting project that used the best elements of contemporary design.

With the traditional setting as our inspiration, we designed five luxury houses that offered modern creature comforts with an understated elegance that complemented and emphasised the natural beauty that surrounded them. With plenty of open plan living space and stunning views over the gardens, the new houses at Kirkhill beautifully joined up past with present and promised a community of new homes that were quite out of the ordinary.
