Tychat is a fabulous property overlooking Loch Ness at Drumnadrochit, and has one of the most iconic loch views possible. The house sits in 33 acres of rolling pasture land, enclosed on 3 sides by beautiful woodland and on the fourth side by Loch Ness.

On behalf of The Samye Ling Organisation we looked at the property with the aim of opening a meditation centre and retreat, and developed feasibility studies for such a usage. The project did not eventually proceed due to problems with acquisition.
