At Thurso the brief was to help find a new economic use for the former auction mart in the heart of the town centre. The large site, in the middle of an already constrained area, needed careful consideration to find an economic use that would complement the townscape rather than overpower it.

Our feasibility studies were intended to clear the way for the next generation of development in Thurso and to act as a precursor for a retailer or developer to secure the site and develop more detailed proposals.
